mastering mobile photography

In RCAG’s first virtual event, students had the opportunity to learn photography “hacks“ and develop their editing and composition skills from Toronto-based photographer, Dipudamun Singh, while building connections with similarly artistic students in Rotman Commerce. First-Year students also had the opportunity to learn more about RCAG’s First-Year Internship program.

For its first Creative Coffee Chat, RCAG brought in singer, songwriter, and producer as well as fellow Rotman Commerce alum, Anthony Johnson, to share his experience as a creative professional and talk about how he leveraged his educational background to break into the music industry.

In the second installment of RCAG’s Creative Coffee Chats, RCAG brought in sound producer and co-founder of BEATCAVE, Jerome Ferguson. Students were able to chat one-on-one with Jerome as he discussed BEATCAVE’s mission and commitment to its community.

 

website design workshop

RCAG’s annual collaboration with RCFG took place in a website design workshop hosted with OhSevenDays, a sustainable & mindful clothing company based in Istanbul. Students had the opportunity to learn how to develop a website that would showcase their creativity and individuality.

 

STEP Up: A dance workshop

Another RCAG staple, this year’s dance workshop, Step Up, was hosted again in collaboration with REV U of T. Regardless of dance experience, students were able to join the virtual event to learn easy-to-follow steps and bond with other students while exploring the art of dance.
